Zucchini Parmesan

Zucchini Parmesan

  • 6 medium sliced zucchini
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


  • In a skillet, saute zucchini and green onions in butter until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
