Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of cream
- 3 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoon oil or melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup of ground flax seed meal
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. You may need to add a little water to thin. Fry as you would regular pancakes.
