Grilled Pepper and Black Olive Relish
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grilled yellow peppers seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup grilled red bell peppers seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
