Goat Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- black pepper to taste
- kosher salt to taste
- pinch of grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsely
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 4 ounces soft fresh goat cheese at room temperature
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Thin if necessary with additional buttermilk. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Use immediatly or cover and refrigerate.
