Goat Cheese Dressing

Goat Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • black pepper to taste
  • kosher salt to taste
  • pinch of grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsely
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 4 ounces soft fresh goat cheese at room temperature

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Thin if necessary with additional buttermilk. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Use immediatly or cover and refrigerate.
