Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread


  • Romano Mozzarella, Parmesan cheeses
  • softened butter margarine or Olive Oil
  • 1 head of roasted garlic
  • Loaf of Italian French, or a Baguette


  • Split loaf in half lengthwise and lightly coat with butter, margarine or olive oil(which ever you prefer) then toast in oven or broiler.

    Rub toasted bread with cloves of roasted garlic. Add cheese and toast again until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
