Fruited Pasta Salad

Fruited Pasta Salad

  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup halved seedless red and/or green grapes
  • 1 large apple cut in chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups bow-tie pasta or cavatelli
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • Cook pasta as directed on the package; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain again. Combine pasta, apple, grapes, and celery in a medium bowl.

    Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and celery seed in a small bowl. Add to pasta mixture; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
