Crawfish Fettuccine

Crawfish Fettuccine

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 6 ounces fettucini noodles cooked and drained
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 pound crawfish tails
  • 1/2 cup butter


  • Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan. Stir in crawfish, soy sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté until onions and garlic are wilted. Toss fettucini with 2 Tablespoons butter and Parmesan cheese until nicely coated. To serve, mound warm noodles on plate and spoon crawfish mixture over it.
