Ingredients
- 1 small can crab meat
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 tsp. cornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup water
- 1 star anise optional
- 1 can chicken stock
- 1 can creamed corn
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
