Carrot-Pineapple Juice

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crushed ice or 1 cup whole ice cubes
- 1 can 8 oz., 227 g crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 large carrot shredded (about 3/4 cup)
Instructions
- In a blender at medium speed blend carrots and water for about 1 minute. Strain through a fine sieve or clean kitchen towel and return liquid to blender. Add pineapple (along with juice) and ice and blend at medium speed until smooth.
