- 1/4 tsp granulated sugar, optional
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped
- 2 tbsp fines herbes, optional
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard, optional
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt, to taste
- 8 fl oz vinegar
- 3 c vegetable oil
- 1. Combine all of the ingredients and whisk them until they are thoroughly blended.
2. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or sugar.
