  • Wood smoke gives barbecue that barbecue flavor. The choice of wood is very important to add that special flavor. Mixing of these woods for a unique flavor is also a "good thing". These are our wood suggestions.

    Mesquite
    Steak and other beef, lamb, chicken, turkey and other poultry.

    Hickory
    Beef, chicken, pork, ribs and sausage.

    Cherry
    Hamburger, turkey, chicken, lamb.

    Apple
    Pork, beef, brauts.

    Peach
    Salmon and other fish, beef, poultry.

    Pecan
    Beef,chicken, sausage.
