  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup truffle juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce and truffle juice. Whisk in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
