Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ketcup
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Jack Daniel's Whiskey
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  • Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add other ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Great on beef ribs.
