Ginger Pecan Butter

This butter is great on any of our scones.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sweet butter
  • 1/2 cup pecans -- finely ground
  • 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger -- ground
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  • Mix together and store in refrigerator.
