Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Haas avocado coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mince jalapeno
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
