Sizzling Chili Pepper Oil
Four kinds of chili peppers season and add fire to this condiment.

Ingredients
- 8 fl oz corn oil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper ground
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 oz dried red hot chili peppers chopped
Instructions
- 1. Combine chili peppers, chili powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a food processor. With processor running, slowly add oil. Process until all oil is incorporated.
2. Transfer mixture to a clean glass container; properly store for at least 2 days before using.
3. Decant oil before using.
