Ingredients

  • 1 small can evaporated milk 2/3 cup
  • 1 Stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1-1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • pastry for 1 crust pie

Instructions

  • Cream eggs and sugar. Add sweet potato, vanilla flavoring and melted butter then add milk. Mix well. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
