Low Carb Pancakes

Ingredients

cup
of cream
3
heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese

tablespoon
oil or melted butter
2
eggs
1/4
teaspoon
baking powder
1/2
cup
of ground flax seed meal
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. You may need to add a little water to thin. Fry as you would regular pancakes.
