Low Carb Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of cream
  • 3 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoon oil or melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of ground flax seed meal

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. You may need to add a little water to thin. Fry as you would regular pancakes.
