Ingredients

zucchini
cut into large chunks

green Bell Pepper
cut into large pieces

red Bell Pepper

fresh Crimini or Baby Bella mushrooms

small onions
cut into large rings

large Asparagus
snapped and cut into 3 inch pieces

medium Eggplant
cut into 1/2" thick slices

cherry tomatoes
Marinade
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/2
cup
Worchestershire sauce
1/2
cup
Soy Sauce
1/4
cup
fresh lemon juice
3
cloves
garlic
minced or crushed
Instructions
Mix all marinade ingredients and set aside while prepping vegetables.
Wash and prep vegetables for marinade.
Place all vegetables other than the mushrooms in a zip seal bag with marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for no more than 3 hours.
Add mushrooms to marinade 15 minutes before grilling.
Grill on a grate or in a non-stick basket for vegetable grilling until vegetables are nicely browned and slightly softened.
Serve with your favorite grilled meat or fish.
