Ingredients

  • 1 9- inch pie crusts
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 Tbs milk
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups Diced Rhubarb

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix the all ingredients except pie crust together and pour into pie crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until filling sets firm.
  • Cool to room temperature before serving.
