Rhubarb Custard Pie
Ingredients
- 1 9- inch pie crusts
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbs milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups Diced Rhubarb
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix the all ingredients except pie crust together and pour into pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes and cool to room temperature before serving.
