Lemon Cream Scones

These scones are best when served with our Honey Tea.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried apricots about 4 1/2 ounces*
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon grated lemon
