Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 cups ketcup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Jack Daniel's Whiskey
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add other ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Great on beef ribs.
