Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt

  • 3/4 cup skim milk

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
