Description

This recipe is very basic but absolutely decedent. I suggest serving it with a bit of whipped cream to cut the richness.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

  • 1 cup light corn syrup

  • 1 1/4 cup pecans

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375° F, beat eggs, vanilla, sugar & salt. Add butter & syrup & mix in pecans. Bake 40-45 minutes in pie shell.
