Tomato Bouillon
2 cups tomato juice
1 onion, sliced
1 celery rib, chopped
2 bay leaves
4 peppercorns
1 lemon, sliced
Combine tomato juice, sliced onion, chopped celery rib, bay leaves, and peppercorns in a saucepan. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
After sitting; heat mixture over medium heat. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with sliced lemon.
