Our First Book Club Selections
I am starting off our first book with something to help us better our eating habits and improve our health. I have been doing a vegan diet off and on and it has been a great experience. Even though I am not 100% committed to the vegan way of life, I find that I physically feel so much better when I follow this meal plan. I have done Keto and Paleo in the past and they have both worked as well so I don’t want to say one better than the others it really depends on you and the way your body works. The reason most people don’t try changing their eating habits is because they don’t know enough about them. The books I have chosen for our first month will inform you about how and why these meal plans work and will help you map them out.
