Planning my Japanese New Year

I have to excuse my absence for the last month but between Thanksgiving and Christmas we ship more tea than any 3 months combined at Culinary Teas and that keep me busy.
At the end of the week is my annual New Years party and this year I decided I was going Japanese in an effort to have yummy snack food that wouldn't bust our waistlines. I am planning on making 2 different gyoza plus onigiri and yummy asian themed desserts like my pumpkin cheesecake fried wontons. Yes I will be giving in to the fried side a bit so we have some oil in our systems to protect us from the abundance of alcohol that we will be consuming. I will be making egg rolls to help with that endeavor.
I will post up all my recipes as quickly as I can.
