- 1/4 tsp granulated sugar optional
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs chopped
- 2 tbsp fines herbes optional
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard optional
- 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
- 8 fl oz vinegar
- 3 c vegetable oil
- 1. Combine all of the ingredients and whisk them until they are thoroughly blended.
2. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or sugar.
