Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Medium ears fresh corn
- 2 T Butter, melted
- 1/8 t Basil, dried
- 1/8 t Chervil, dried
- 1/8 t Thyme, dried
- 1/4 t Freshly ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine butter, herbs and pepper. Set aside.
Remove the husks and silk from the corn. Bring a large pot of water to a lively boil. Carefully put the corn into the water and boil for 5 minutes. Remove corn from water and brush with herb butter.
Serve with finger bowls of kosher salt.
