Grilled Corn with Cumin and Lime
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 6 earsr fresh corn
- 1/4 cups butter
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lime cut into wedges
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove husk and silk from corn. Boil corn for 4 minutes then drain. Place corn on hot grill just long enough to get slight char marks. Remove from grill and rub with butter. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper, and serve with lime wedges.
