Super Bowl Menu

For some of us the Super Bowl is no more than a chance to show off our best appetizers. And that the rest of you actually watch more than the commercials and the half-time show. Well lucky for the rest of you that people like me exist because you would only have your store boughten chips and dips to keep you satisfied instead of the firey hot wings and chili con queso with warm tortilla chips. This year I put together a menu with a Mexican flair. Some of these recipes call for grilling but can just as well be made with the broiler or an electric grill. My suggestion is to make the Jersey Beef and then use it freely in the quesadilla recipes. The dips are wonderful with tortilla chips that have been warmed in the oven just before serving.
