Yields: 2 1/2 cups
Preparation time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 cup lager
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 fl oz lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp mixed fresh herbs, chopped
Mix all of the ingredients together in a nonreactive bowl or pan.
For chicken pieces, marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
For fish or seafood, marinate for 2 hours at room temperature.
