Easter Recipes
Easter is usually served as a brunch so it includes dinner and breakfast items. Brunch is nice because it is less formal than dinner and usually buffet style so it lets the host relax and enjoy the day. The recipes can be mostly prepared ahead of time and finished that morning. Personally I like to mix in some High Tea items because it makes the meal even more relaxing and interesting for your guests. Serving both hot and cold teas with this meal works very well.

Matching Teas with dishes
Did you know that tea is much like wine? Teas follow similar rules as wine when matching with food. Green teas are like White wines and Black teas are like Red wines. Black tea contains tannins just like Red wines are are very similar in flavor. Green or White teas have more astringency and are very comparible to White wines. Both Green and Black teas can be served hot or cold. Oolong tea is in the middle ground and is best when served hot, with a few execptions. Flavored teas do very well iced and are good choices when serving tea to unexperienced guests.
