Ingredients:
- 16 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick, broken into small chunks
- 24 whole cloves
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Combine cinnamon, whole cloves, allspice in cheesecloth tied or a large tea ball. Combine cider, sugar, lemon juice, and spices in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
