Carrot-Pineapple Juice
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 large carrot, shredded (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (8 oz., 227 g) crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice (or 1 cup whole ice cubes)
In a blender at medium speed blend carrots and water for about 1 minute.
Strain through a fine sieve or clean kitchen towel and return liquid to
blender. Add pineapple (along with juice) and ice and blend at medium speed
until smooth.
