Cranberry Yeast Bread
Ingredients

1 cup water + 3 Tbsp -- (70-80 degrees F)

2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened

3 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder

3 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons salt
-
3 1/2 cups bread flour
-
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
-
3/4 cup dried cranberries
-
1 tablespoon orange zest
Instructions
In bread machine pan, place the first 7 ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size. Bake according to bread machine directions. Just before final kneading (at fruit/nut signal), add cranberries and orange peel.
