Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 cup onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sour mash bourbon
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp canned chipotle peppers, diced
- 1 Tbsp adobo sauce (from peppers)
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Saute onion and garlic until golden in butter. Then add bourbon and Reduce by Half. Cook for 30 Minutes at Medium-low Heat.
