Bleu Cheese-Walnut Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 12-ounce carton 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1/2 cup light process cream cheese product

Instructions

  1. Add first 3 ingredients to food processor bowl. Process 1 minute or until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once. Add brandy; process 20 seconds or until well blended.
  2. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in walnuts. Serve with fresh fruit for dipping, such as sliced apples or pears.
