- 6 medium sliced zucchini
- 2 chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- In a skillet, saute zucchini and green onions in butter until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
