Mussels in a St Amboise Amber Beer Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lb or 900g Mussels
- 1/2 cup leaks, jullienned
- 1/2 cup celery, jullienned
- 1/2 cup onions, jullienned
- 1/2 cup carrote, jullienned
- 1/2 cup fish stock
- 1 tbsp bacon browned lightly
- 1 tbsp red onions, diced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a covered pot. Cook until all mussels open and enjoy!
Just before serving the mussels pour 1/4 cup of additional beer over the finished dish.
