Ingredients

  • 3 T. creme de cacao
  • 8 packets sugar substitute
  • 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp soy flour
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 tsp chocolate extract
  • 1 1-oz sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. butter, room temp.

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter w. electric hand mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating well.

    Melt chocolate w/ extract & water in top of double boiler.

    Add melted chocolate, soy flour, chopped walnuts, & sugar substitute to butter. Mix well.Taste for sweetness. Add more sugar if needed.

    Grease 1-1/2 quart flat baking pan.Pour batter into pan; bake 15 minutes.
