Focaccia

Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 oz or 3/4 cup + 3 tbsp water, 90-100 degrees F
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 2 1/2 sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast or 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine or quick rise yeast

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in breadmaker pan and set to dough.

    When the dough is finished press or roll out to desired shape. Let rise for 30 minutes then brush with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs and cheese. My suggestiions are roasted garlic powder, italian spice mixture with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

    Bake until golden in a 400 degree F oven.
