Corn and Crab Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 small can crab meat
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup water
  • 1 star anise (optional)
  • 1 can chicken stock
  • 1 can creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
