Barbecue Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ground paprika
  • 1/4 cup coriander seed, toasted and crushed
  • 1/4 cup cumin seed, toasted and crushed
  • 1/4 cup light-brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Generously coat fish fillets, chicken, or meat with the dry rub before cooking.
